Lincolnshire GeoData Explorer Introduction
The web application has been built using Esri ArcGIS Online functionality, which offers a very powerful suite of GIS tooling. The GeoData Explorer application is aimed to ease transition of GIS users (those familiar with Location Centre). This document is aimed as a reference for users transitioning from the use of Location Centre to this new service.
Various spatial datasets have been prepositioned in the application, this will also be added to over time, users wishing for datasets to be added to the application please contact GIS Team.
Spatial tools have also been configured in the application and the use of them will be covered in the attached file (see below).
Getting Access
If you are greeted with this screen:
Please go back to homepage and accept invitation to the 0 - LCC - All Staff Group.
It will be in the bell icon
Not Yet Live - To get access to the Lincolnshire GeoData Explorer, please fill out Service-Now Ticket to be added to the access group. Access is controlled by Single Sign On, following completion of the Service-Now ticket you will receive an invitation to the Lincolnshire County Council ArcGIS Hub Premium instance and a link to the homepage.
