Currently SSO accounts are being rolled out across LCC, for the Lincolnshire GeoData Hub / Explorer and will replace username/password accounts in most cases. This type of login (SSO) is tied to your LCC account, once setup there isn't a separate username/password combination.
Regarding LCC colleagues on username/password accounts.
Older password/username accounts for LCC employees are being phased out. Any content created can be copied over to an SSO account, except for anything in the recycle bin. It is just the login method that is changing, the system is the same otherwise. The team will be in touch regarding this.
Third-parties such as contractors
Third-parties such as contractors will use username / password access.
These instructions are for single sign on (SSO) accounts only, which are only available to LCC / LFR employees, they are not applicable to username/password accounts.
Go to Lincolnshire GeoData Hub
- Click on the "Lincolnshire GeoData Explorer" link (as above).
- Next go to "Your ArcGIS organization's URL", you may need to click the drop down to the right.
- Enter: https://lincscc-hub in the text box.
- Check "Remember this URL".
- Click "Continue".
NOTE: Your organisation's URL should read https://lincscc-hub.maps.argis.com when entered above.
Click OK after you have read the splash page. There may be a pop-up in the bottom right, click 'Ignore All', if this happens.
