Often, you will be able to find the help you need in the Solutions section. If you still have questions or require assistance, you can submit a service request.
Hints and tips Service requests are forms designed to gather all information needed to assist you with your query. The clearer the information you detail in the service request, the easier it will be to assist with your query quickly and accurately. If your query relates to a member of the public, do not include any personally identifying information. Use the person's initials and ID numbers instead of their full name. |
Finding the right service request
The first screen in the Service Catalog shows the most frequently used service requests.
To see a full list of requests for the system you are enquiring about, click on the system's name under the Service Categories heading.
If you know the name of the service request, you can type all or part of it into the search box. When you click 'enter' on your keyboard, the page will display all requests which include the search term. If you don't get any results, try searching for part of the request's name.

Thumbnails (service request choices)
A thumbnail is a summary of the service request and it's purpose.
Each thumbnail consists of the system's icon, the name of the service request and a brief description of the request's purpose.
Sometimes, some of the name and description cannot be seen on the screen. You will be able to see the full name or full description by hovering your mouse-cursor over this part of the text.
