Navigating FreshService

Guidance and support can be sought through FreshService for Abacus, Business World (BW), Experian Mosaic, Geographical Information Systems (GIS), HeyCentric, Legacy Data Viewer, Mosaic, Power BI reports, Synergy, and SystmOne. If you want help with other IT systems (Lincs2Learn, Rio) or hardware (laptops, mobile phones, etc) you should contact your local IT team or system owner.
