You can see an outline of the four most recent requests which require your approval by hovering over My Approvals.

For each of the four requests, you can see the request's name, ticket ID number, and when the approval request was first sent to you.

You can either click on the request name and ticket ID number to see more detail about that ticket, or you can click on My Tickets to see all tickets submitted by you.

If you click on My Tickets, you can filter requests by pending approvals (requests waiting for you to approve or reject) and historic approvals (requests you have previously approved or rejected).

Hints and tips
  • When you click into the request, the details will open in a new browser tab.
  • If you want to discuss a ticket, having the ticket ID number handy will ensure the person you're talking to is looking at the correct ticket.
Take care to approve or reject tickets within seven days of the request being sent to you. Failing to act within this seven day window risks the ticket being cancelled and the requester having to submit a new request.

Approving or rejecting the request

In the Confirm Approval screen, click on More info to see the detail of what has been requested.

When you have conducted the relevant checks, as per your service area's processes, you can click on approve or reject.
