This article provides direction for finding requests which require your approval, as well as approving and rejecting those requests.

You can see an outline of the four most recent requests which require your approval by hovering over My Approvals.
For each of the four requests, you can see the request's name, ticket ID number, and when the approval request was first sent to you.
You can either click on the request name and ticket ID number to see more detail about that ticket, or you can click on My Tickets to see all tickets submitted by you.
If you click on My Tickets, you can filter requests by pending approvals (requests waiting for you to approve or reject) and historic approvals (requests you have previously approved or rejected).

Approving or rejecting the request
In the Confirm Approval screen, click on More info to see the detail of what has been requested.
When you have conducted the relevant checks, as per your service area's processes, you can click on approve or reject.

When you approve or reject the request, a pop-up box will prompt you to add a remark and confirm your approval or rejection.

The requester will be able to see your remarks and whether you have approved or rejected their request. Additionally, the requester will receive an email letting them know the outcome of the approval process.
