This article will guide you through logging in to FreshService and provides a quick overview of the different areas within the system.


Getting started

When you click on the 'sign in' link, a sign in page will appear.

  • If you are employed by Lincolnshire County Council, click on LCC Staff Click Here and then select your email address.
  • If you are not employed by Lincolnshire County Council, add your email address and FreshService password in the named fields and then click on Sign in.
  • If you have not previously accessed FreshService or have not accessed it for a long time, you may need to ask your manager to request an account for you.


Overview of FreshService areas


My Tickets

In this section, you can see the status of requests you have previously submitted, and add additional notes.


My Approvals

Requests which require your approval are listed in this section. You can approve or reject approval requests.


I Need Help

Most systems supported through FreshService have a specific request type for when things go wrong. You are advised to submit a request through the Service Catalog because this will be received by the relevant support desk. If you are really stuck, you can submit a ticket via this link. However, it may take longer to reach the correct support desk and may not be resolved as quickly as you would like.


Request Something

If you cannot find the answer within Solutions, you can submit a request via the Service Catalog. The request will be received by the appropriate support desk.
